Eliza joined MISSION in January 2022 as a Non-Executive Director. A writer, speaker, consultant and podcast host,
she is a highly respected expert in ‘Generational Intelligence’. She has been helping companies and services understand generational shifts within politics, society and the workplace, working with organisations from VICE Media and Warner Brothers to the UK’s Ministry of Defence and Royal Household. As well as speaking at the EU’s Human Rights Forum, the Financial Times CEO Forum and the UK’s House of Lord’s Select Committee, she has authored books and written for the Financial Times, Times and City AM. Eliza was appointed to the Board in January 2022 and Chairs the Remuneration Committee.
