This year, the theme of International Women’s Day is #BreakTheBias.
It is the chance to celebrate the 520 amazing women from MISSION across our 29 locations and three continents.
It is also an opportunity to pledge that MISSION will live up to that hashtag, be aware of unconscious bias and all be better.
MISSION are making progress in creating an inclusive environment – where everyone feels comfortable and supported, no matter who they are. As a people business, it is vital to our continued success. But more than that, it’s simply the right thing to do.
