Speed goes sporty for children with Welsh football legend Gareth Bale

Last month MISSION Agency, Speed, hosted the third annual Gareth Bale Festival of sport at the Celtic Manor Resort.

The event organised in partnership with Wales Gold, StreetGames and CAA sports saw Bale jump in and try his hand at sports from cricket to badminton, table tennis to skateboarding to insure youngsters from community groups to enjoy the many benefits of sporting participation.

The two-day event saw more than 100 children from some of the most undeserved communities in South Wales given the chance to sample a wide variety of sports, while 84 junior golfers contested an elite junior championship at the renowned Ryder Cup venue.

During the event, Speed hosted a press conference and have had coverage across BBC Wales, ITV Wales and S4C along with coverage in national news.
